Fare RevIEW - Decision Support System for Fare Collection Analysis

HDM designed and developed Fare RevIEW, a knowledge management tool for the fare collection analysis. This stand-alone, interactive application provides regional transit officials with an efficient and cost-effective tool to evaluate fare collection processes and identify exposure in fare revenues security. To meet the needs of small urban and large rural systems, an add-on module, focusing on non-automated fareboxes and third party billing was also developed. Training programs and user manuals were created for outreach and product dissemination.
