Financial Review of the Intermodal Transportation Efficiency Act

HDM performed a Financial Review of the Intermodal Transportation Efficiency Act (ISTEA) transit planning provisions. For this review, HDM visited and/or interviewed over fifteen transit planning organizations to evaluate implementation of the financial aspects of ISTEA transit planning provisions. An extensive literature review of the ISTEA regulations specifically related to the Clean Air Act was also conducted. Recommendations and findings were summarized and presented to the FTA.
