HDM is a QA/QC contractor for FEMAs nation-wide digital flood insurance rate maps (DFIRMs). HDM has continuously strived to bring the latest technologies to the QA/QC process in an effort to increase the effectiveness of the visual screening while reducing screening costs. Throughout the course of the contact, HDM has developed and implemented QA/QC software applications and web-based systems.
