HDM presents a GIS and digital flood data training program for Federal, State and local official involved in floodplain management at the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) in Emmitsburg, Maryland. The course provides hands on training to demonstrate the value and application of GIS to all hazards emergency management. HDM developed all training materials, manuals and software to support course materials.
