HDM researched and prepared a comprehensive report entitled 'Technology in Rural Transit: Linking People with their Community' for the FTA. The report is a compilation of contemporary knowledge regarding Transit ITS implementation. Information was gathered through site visits, interviews with experts and an intensive literature search. The report provides rural transit system managers with the tools to successfully plan and implement Transit ITS technologies.
