New Starts Land Use Assessments

HDM provided land use assessments of projects seeking Section 5309 New Starts funds from the FTA. The proposed projects were evaluated to determine the degree to which existing development patterns and local land use policies were likely to foster transit supportive land use. HDM created standardized project maps and managed the database to generate specific reports and summary analyses. HDM also prepared mid-year and annual reports for Congress and related documents for the FTA web site
