Jim Aylward Participates in Trade Mission to Southeast Asia

Cambridge, MA ... HDM's Executive Vice President, Jim Aylward, recently returned form a 21-day trade mission to Southeast Asia. During his trip, Mr. Aylward met with several government officials and business executive in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan. The trip, co-sponsored by US AID, MASSPORT and the Environmental Business Council, was intended foster international opportunities for innovative technologies in the environmental business marketplace.
This is HDM's second trade mission to Asia. In 1991, Kija Kim participated in a trade mission led by Massachusetts Governor William F. Weld. Following this trip, HDM formed a strategic alliance with one of Tokyo's largest environmental firms, NS Environmental Science Consultants, LTD. (NSEC). HDM and NSEC have since successfully completed a project for the Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare.
