Wastewater Mapping in Egypt

HDM played a key role in this USAID funded project to support the implementation of a new wastewater system in Alexandria, Egypt. HDM developed mapping protocols and the database design for the new system, mapping 90 kilometers of newly constructed collectors, pipelines and tunnels, and 1500 manholes and catchbasins. To support local employees in operating the new system, HDM developed an easy to use graphical user interface system and provided on-site training.
