HDM implemented a GIS for the Town of Wilmington, MA. Parcel, water and sewer system, and utility data from a variety of sources were digitized, coded and edge matched to create town-wide seamless digital map layers. Users could use the application to view main gate tie cards and residential water supply tie cards on a desktop computer. The user could search by street name, intersection, or tie card number or by area of interest. The tie cards could be printed for use in the field.
